POSITION:
Under the direct supervision of the Team Leader Coach or designee is responsible for customer service, sorting and quality selection of donations into salable, salvage, and trash categories, pricing and barcoding of merchandise, transporting merchandise to the sales floor, stocking shelves, rotating merchandise and displaying merchandise.
As a Retail Production Team Member, you will:
- Evaluate donations to determine quality and value
- Sorts donations into salable, bargain barn, retail, and other categories and places non-salable items into salvage containers.
- Price items using an established price guide; special price items of exceptional value.
- Ensures integrity of records or reports, such as time records, production counts, and material movement equipment within established guidelines.
- Work to keep the flow of merchandise processing efficient by moving materials from trucks to processing stations to the sales floor
- Manage a category by monitoring sell-through and adjusting pricing to maximize sales

QUALIFICATIONS:
- An interest in antiques, collectibles, or rare items preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred
- Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends if seeking full-time work
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry, or otherwise move up to 40 pounds with no support regularly
