Role: Retail POS/Network Admin
Location: Bentonville AR (Onsite/ Hybrid)

This position will
require technical skills and be able to follow and execute a step-by-step IT playbook
be an independent contributor role and be able to work on a fast phase, multi-vendor, multi-geographical environment
be flexible with working hours and may require working off hours based on production issues or criticality of tasks
Requirement
o Experience in end-to-end store setup Windows, Unix/Linus
o Knowledge in TCP/IP fundamentals and basic networking protocols
o Experience Level 2 support/escalation handling
o Automate and perform installation, configuration and upgrades of POS applications, tools and workstations
o Configure hardware peripherals to function with POS applications and main terminal.
o Setting with up of back office for retail solution
o Expertise in change control, release deployment and L2 support activities
o Client Handling and addressing operational calls with field support team
o Working with 3rd party connectivity with POS machines
o Coordination with development and Release management team
o Setting up proactive monitoring and hardware health check
o Good to have Knowledge in setting virtual machines
o Good to scripting skills to minimize efforts on requirement changes
o Work with network team on service issue that affecting POS terminals
