Job Highlights

The Operations Manager oversees the digital photo, digital video, and print photography operations located at Top of the Rock, in New York, NY.

Here's more of what you can expect:

• Being an on-site leader and taking full responsibility for the day-to-day site operations and performance.
• Maximizing revenues while delivering world-class guest service.
• Crushing your KPI's by actively leading, inspiring, performance managing, and motivating your retail associates and team leads across multiple sales units and photography locations.
• Meeting and/or exceeding budget goals and objectives.
• Working indoors and outdoors on the Observation Deck, located on the 70th floor.

Note:Top of the Rock is open 365 days a year and closes at midnight. Night shifts are a requirement.
