Compensation dependent on experience, 15-20 hours per week part time. Full time position also available for the right candidate.

Retail Mortgage Loan Coordintor I
Your Mission:
Support the owner and potentially other Loan Officers here in driving loan origination growth, building our process and platform and working to continually strengthen our reputation and the Transparent Mortgage brand in San Diego.
Your Primary Outcomes:
- Drive sustainable loan origination growth
- Maintain quality standards of 95% closing ratio and 5 star online reviews
- Help define and create our company culture
- Help develop systems and processes for loan origination and client experience once file is in process
- Embody our brand and core principles
Examples of Specific Tasks:
- Review online applications
- Gather, organize and review borrower’s documentation to prepare file for pre-underwrite and submission to the lender/investor
- Register and Lock Loans
- Confirm Pre-Qualifications and Pre-Approval for new purchase applications
- Pre-Underwrite and prepare loans for submission to processing
- Check lender and product specific guidelines as related to potential underwriting issues
- Communicate with lender account executives to confirm guidelines and underwriting scenarios
- Coordinate loan through funding, working with client each step of the way
