Phantom Fireworks is the industry leader of retail sales of consumer fireworks. We are looking for a high energy, self-motivated and customer service oriented individual to join our retail team as a Key Holder in Sterling Heights, MI. This position is year-round, part time with the potential to move to full time.
No previous knowledge of fireworks is necessary. We provide comprehensive training to include product knowledge, policies & procedures, safety training, merchandising and sales.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and experience:
- 2 – 3 years of Retail Experience
- Must have experience in cash control procedures
- Must have flexibility in schedule, including weekends and holidays and extended hours during increased sales season.
- Must be able to multi-task, and work well in high pressure situations
- Must possess strong written and oral communication skills
- Should have basic computer skills with experience in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Candidate must be able to pass a credit and criminal background check.
