Pay Rate: $22/hr. and up
What you’ll be doing
- Active: On the floor about 85% of time
- Traffic: Help expedite register lines, jump on register as needed
- Monitor: Look for coaching opportunities: RPH, ensure BOB & LISA, courtesy
- Train: Primary trainer for new and current Cashiers
- Kickoff: Inspire/prep Cashiers at shift start, e.g., high RPH, pan counted, heads up/promotions
- Resolve: Customer issues via win/win approach
- Right-hand: For Manager, e.g., minor people issue, merit review insights
What we want from you
- Experience: 2+ years in Team Lead level leadership role; 1+ year leading retail cash lines
- Process: Be role model and leader of exceptional cashiering
- Trainer: Convey knowledge in user-friendly manner
- Connect: Positively engage Cashiers often
- Tech: Comfortable with POS technology to be first line of defense
- Detail: Identify and help resolve POS shrink issues
