Job Summary:
As a Fragrance Team Leader, your role is to boost sales and provide top-notch customer service in the Fragrance department(s). You will leverage your product knowledge to lead a team in delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience Manager and beauty vendors to organize events and drive sales.

What you will do:
- Align business objectives with daily tasks to drive sales through brand training and events
- Inspire teamwork, model desired behaviors, and guide colleagues to meet sales objectives and enhance customer experience
- Coordinate with vendors and management to execute events as per the marketing calendar
- Analyze performance and develop strategies to surpass sales targets on various timelines
- Onboard new team members, evaluate productivity, provide feedback, and collaborate with store leadership
- Support cross-selling efforts and train the team on various brands and key items in the department
- Create engaging customer experiences, drive sales, and promote loyalty programs
- Encourage continuous learning through personal development, product demos, and peer-to-peer training
- Stay updated on product knowledge through training sessions
- Manage merchandise, process returns, and adhere to safety standards
