Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for live Event Sales, online marketing, and lead generation, playing a key role in driving engagement and sales growth opportunities for our range of CBD and Hemp products and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive event-based sales engagements by co-producing live pop ups and events to showcase the benefits of Vibe N Glow's CBD and Hemp products.

- Utilize strong communication and people skills to promote product knowledge and engage with potential customers on a person to person basis.
- Implement online marketing strategies to generate leads and target potential customers through digital platforms and social media channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns and promotional activities for events and online sales initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event-based sales, live demonstrations, or similar customer-facing roles, preferably in the wellness, beauty, retail or lifestyle industry.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with a diverse customer base.
- Comfortable with online marketing and lead generation tactics, with a track record of driving digital sales and customer acquisition.
- Passion for holistic wellness, lifestyle, and beauty, with a keen interest in CBD and Hemp products and their potential impact on customer well-being.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
