Retail Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a Retail Customer Service Associate to join our Ontario-based business consulting firm. We provide cutting-edge promotional marketing and retail event strategies for our clients to generate brand awareness, create excitement and increase sales.

The Retail Customer Service Associate’s main objective is to attend local events at major retailers and form relationships with consumers, raise brand awareness for our client’s mission, and deliver engaging presentations to increase new customer acquisition, sales and revenue for our client. The Retail Customer Service Associate is a front-facing position working hands-on with major retailers, store executives and consumers; therefore, this role is critical to the growth and exposure of our client and retail sales team.

Retail Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:

• Meet with consumers at local retail events and deliver presentations to increase sales, brand awareness and revenue for our client
• Build relationships and educate consumers on new products and services through informative and educational presentations at local retail events
• Through compelling messaging and retail events, generate awareness, drive sales, and increase enrollment for our client
• Accurately notate, complete, and file enrollment and sales forms using a high level of discretion while working with confidential information
• Work with the Senior Sales Manager to stay updated on products, service packages, compliance policies, and enrollment policy changes

Retail Customer Service Associate Qualifications:

• No experience is necessary as complete one-on-one training and mentorship are provided to each team member
• Must be comfortable working in a dynamic and client-facing position as the Retail Sales Associate is a client-facing type role
• You are passionate about working in a front-facing role and working with the public
• You are timely and dependable and possess a reputation as being a reliable asset to the teams you work with
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a high level of emotional intelligence that allows you to build relationships with various types of people
• Extremely professional behavior and always strives to put their best foot forward

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
