We are looking for a friendly, customer service-oriented individual to join our team of retail customer service representatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with their product questions and needs in a retail environment. You should be comfortable working with people and have an interest in technology and electronics. Some nights and weekends may be required, but you'll be able to accrue vacation time quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones to create an efficient call queue.
- Work effectively with other employees to handle questions and complaints.
- Resolve customers' inquiries and meet their needs.
- Explain company policies and procedures.
- Assist customers in selecting merchandise for purchase.
- Assist customers with returns and exchanges.
- Monitor parts inventory levels and re-order as necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
