We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Associate to join our team. As a Retail Associate you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory and driving sales. If you have a passion for paddlesports and retail and enjoy working in a fun environment where you can go for a paddle on your breaks, we would love to hear from you!
Please note this is a seasonal position. The ideal candidate will be available most weekends.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide assistance in finding products
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
- Process cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs
- Assist with visual merchandising to create an attractive store display
- Package and ship products
- Occasionally assist Tour Manager with various tasks
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
