Description:
- Provide a professional presence that is a deterrent to criminal activity.
- Partner with store leadership to support Asset Protection agents.
- Assist with investigations and apprehending shoplifters.
- Monitor and report suspicious activity.
- Recover client assets.
- Courteous and responsive to internal client requests.
- Exchange and verifies job related information to provide support.
Requirements:
- Must have at least two years of working experience in loss prevention.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to actively learn and immediately apply learnings into decisions and behaviors
- Ability to manage and prioritize their time; able to multi task
- Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training
- Reliable means of transportation.
- Reliable means of communication (active smartphone with the ability to download apps).
- Must be punctual and ready to work at the start of every shift.
- Must be professional and courteous with supervisors, and fellow team members.
