Retail Art Gallery Sales Specialists (Art Acquisition Specialists) are responsible for retail sales of fine art paintings, sculptures, and glass art to existing and prospective customers at our Winn Slavin Fine Art gallery location on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills.
Candidates MUST have:
- a minimum of 3 years of experience with in-store retail sales of physical LUXURY goods (i.e. fine art, HIGH-END jewelry, HIGH-END watches, LUXURY automobiles, FINE furnishings),
- superior written and verbal communication,
- professional conduct and appearance,
- exceptional judgment and superior client service,
- and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Fine art retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.
This position is for career retail SALES professionals. If you aspire to a career in other fields (acting, artist, modeling, restaurants, healthcare, etc.) please DO NOT APPLY!
Retail Gallery Sales experience is highly desirable.
Full-time employment. Our gallery is open from 10:00 am to 8:30 pm and the work schedule will include weekdays and weekends, day shifts, and evening shifts. Applicants must be willing to work all possible shifts.
This position has a 4 days per week, 10 hours per day schedule.
Compensation includes base salary, variable sales commissions (5-10%) based on monthly volume, and bonuses based on overall gallery performance.
