Retail and Shipping Associate

Job Duties:

• · Support Administrative Assistant in overseeing the maintenance and monitoring of inventory levels on a weekly basis.
• · Coordinate with Administrative Assistant for receiving and stocking supplements and adding to system’s inventory catalogue.
• · Ensure that incoming inventory and shipments are secure and well organized.
• · Prepare orders by processing supplement requests based on Shipping Sheets created by clinic team, front desk staff and patient care coordinators.
• · Appropriately dispense supplements using FlexScan, apply discounts when indicated, and charge accordingly.
• · Maintain excellent service by following organization standards of quality, and national standards of shipping best-practices.
• · Fill all patient orders with accuracy and timeliness. Pack items properly and ship in a timely basis per policy.
• · Pack and ship items securely and effectively to minimize damage/breakage.
• · Effectively navigate carrier websites for shipping: UPS, FedEx, USPS.
• · Scans and organizes Shipping Sheets within Shared Drive folder file.

• · Availability during the hours of operation as indicated: Mon. – Thurs. 3pm to 5pm.

• · Work well as part of a team as well as individually.
• · Experience in, or ability to learn inventory control methods.
• · Ability to continuously stand or walk.
• · Remain flexible about duties and expectations as Grossman Wellness Center grows and changes.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
