We are seeking a Lead Restoration Technician PM to join our team. This is an impactful role, as you will be assisting customers who have experienced fire or water damage in returning their homes or businesses to good condition. You will perform initial job walk sale, equipment setup, drying assessments, reports, and coordinate demolition work and repairs. The ideal candidate understands construction, can identify dangerous conditions, and how to make them safe and ready for restoration. and the importance of this position with care about the quality of their work and the impact it will have on customers.
Responsibilities:

• create work orders and coordinate repairs
• locate and assess water fire and smoke damage, coordinate drying, demolition, and other restoration work
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels in work vehicle and stock supplies for each project
• Keep workspace jobsites and vehicle clean and organized
• identify safety hazards to Prepare the job site for restoration activities
• Work closely with crew and other Restoration Technicians

Qualifications:

• Certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC)
• Previous experience as a Restoration Technician or in a similar role is preferred
• High school diploma/GED
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including climbing ladders, working at heights and in tight spaces, and lifting heavy objects
• Ability to travel,
