Our ideal Estimator will have a strong knowledge of mitigation and reconstruction estimating, building construction, materials and techniques. You're the first point of contact for customers and are here to guide them through the process.
We specialize in commercial disaster restoration & recovery pertaining to water, fire, storm and mold damage. Our patented desiccant dehumidifiers and custom portable vacuum freeze dryers give us a unique advantage for our customers. We are part of a network of certified restoration professionals that supply nationwide mitigation services.
Requirements:
Ensure all permits and documentation are obtained for each project
On-site inspections, ability work in many different environments to write scopes, occasionally lift 50 pounds,
Clean driving record is a MUST

Requirements:
- 2+ years Xactimate experience writing scopes for Mitigation and Reconstruction
- Must have strong time management, attention to detail, organizational and communication skills
- Possess a strong Restoration/Reconstruction background and ability to communicate with customers and Insurance Adjusters
- Must have a solid working knowledge of Xactimate, Dash, Time & Material (T&M Pro), iGuide, Matterport, Excel & Word and other similar industry software programs
- Ability to work alone or in a team environment, self-starter, problem solver and handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Understanding of fire, water, wind, hail, mold remediation, contents and reconstruction
- Insurance restoration industry and claims process experience
- Industry certifications and education IICRC, OSHA, CAD, Construction Management
- Understanding of profit margins, industry regulations and best practices
