Title of Position Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of the restaurant's operations. To be a successful Restaurant General Manager you must first build an exceptional team, Recruiting, hiring, training, developing, mentoring, and maintaining a quality staff leads to consistent turnout on all levels from the Front of House to the Back of House. Administrative duties include but are not limited to strong P&L analysis skills, cost control, completing financial reports in a timely manner, delegating throughout the rest of the management team, and maintaining staff files. Our Restaurant General Manager should have a positive attitude and be goal-oriented and results-driven.

Qualifications:
- Three-plus years of general management experience in a high-volume atmosphere is a must for the Restaurant General Manager
- A requirement for the Restaurant General Manager is a true passion for the development and mentoring of others
- The Restaurant General Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results
- Honesty, integrity, and a love for customer satisfaction are all qualities that the Restaurant General Manager should possess
- The Restaurant General Manager should always be able to provide consistent support for the success of the organization
