We need an exceptional Restaurant Server to join our F&B team. NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guests' preferences.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Serve food and beverages in a professional manner, following proper etiquette.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests' tables.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or special requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, dining area, and service stations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards, including food handling and hygiene practices.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
