Restaurant Server

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your main responsibility will be to take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with menus
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Assist in food preparation when needed
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Set up tables and ensure they are properly set with utensils, napkins, and condiments
- Clear tables and assist with bussing duties as needed
- Process guest payments accurately using the POS system

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Server or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional service
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and culinary terminology
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with kitchen staff
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices
