- Work as directed to support the mission and values of Atlanta Athletic Club (AAC)
- Greet each member and their guest with a smile and warm welcome
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that each request is fulfilled in a timely manner
- Keep the dining room clean and organized throughout the shift
- Promote an attitude of teamwork by assisting other team members both on the floor and with side work
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items and beverage offerings
- Become an expert using Jonas POS system
- Follow and adhere to the AAC standard of tableside service
- Fulfill both opening and closing side work on each shift
- Assist in other departments/club functions to help the club as needed, including Special Events
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Able to stand for extended periods and carry heavy trays
- Able to build and maintain positive working relationships with team members
- Be at least 18 years of age and able to obtain an alcohol pouring permit from the City of Johns Creek
- Prior serving experience preferred in a fine dining restaurant, but willing to train the right candidate
- A people person with a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional member experience
