Restaurant Server

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Assist with food preparation and ensure all dishes are presented properly
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Familiarity with using a POS (Point of Sale) system for order taking and payment processing
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tables simultaneously

Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with kitchen staff
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
