Requirements:

• 3 years of multi-unit operations experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Hospitality or related a big plus
• Professional demeanor
• Strong financial acumen
• Strong leadership and team building expertise
• Full service and casual/upscale casual concepts required with a LBW program
• Must have expertise overseeing 40 plus units
• Extensive regional travel is required

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coaching Directors and Managers and motivate and teach to strive for excellence
• Responsible for embracing diversity and inclusion
• Responsible for developing leadership skills with directors
• Create a great working environment for all employees
• Responsible for administrative duties supporting restaurant operations
• Responsible for living by our core values and giving our guests a top notch dining experience
• Monitor performance metrics to identify opportunities
• Responsible for ensuring the quality of restaurant facilities throughout the region
• Assess operations, leadership, team cohesion visiting restaurants and observing
• Measuring specific financial goals to achieve sustained increases in restaurant operations
