Position Overview

Urth Caffe Corp. operates caffes, commissary, and roastery. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to HR Vice President and HR Department as assigned. Work will be centered on the administering HR programs, benefits while at the same time providing customer service to caffe operations. This individual must be service minded, able to work flexible hours if needed to include occasional weekend work. This position reports to the HR Vice President and will have broad responsibility in the following areas:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Excellent Communication both written and verbal.
- Review applications, and interview applicants to obtain work history, provide information about the organization and position.
- Conduct prescreening interviews and coordinate interviewing and selection process with hiring managers.
- Strong Computer and internet skills.
- Must be willing to be on the phone 5-6 hours a day in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (eg. Zip Recruiter, Indeed, and Talentreef)
- Manages calendars and schedules appointments.
- Participate in job fairs and host in- house recruitment events.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs, work side to side with hiring manager when conducting interview.
- Managing recruiting budget.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to type at least 45 words per minute.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2-3 years’ experience in a fast-paced multi-faceted HR department
- Ability to multi-task, be organized and meet deadlines without exception
- Willingness to perform tasks and projects
- Positive Mental Attitude (PMI)
Physical Requirements:
1. The ability to lift 25/pounds regularly & un-assisted
2. The ability to respond quickly to sounds
3. The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
4. The ability to safely climb ladders
Pay Range: (Pay ranges applicable to CA locations only)

· $25.00 Maximum
