- Drive results through your team and make executive decisions.
- Come up with creative ways to drive sales each day.
- Host mini parties daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually to communicate and motivate your team.
- Create the ultimate guest experience and strive for 100% table touches.
- Work hand-in-hand with the rest of the management team to drive financial results.
- Believe in a well-balanced schedule that drives sales and ensures guest service.
- See a need, meet it; have an idea, share it; see a team member needing help, jump in and lend a hand.

What We Seek:
- 3+ years of proven leadership experience in a senior management role (AGM or higher) in a restaurant/entertainment setting.
- High-volume experience required ($3M+/year in volume).
- Thorough understanding of P&L, food cost, labor cost, and waste controls.
- Stickler for food safety and health standards.
- Collaborative personality and works well with FOH.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
- Availability to work days, nights, and weekends as needed.
