```Duties```
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. Your duties will include:
- Leading and managing the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and standards
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Developing and implementing strategies to meet sales and profitability targets
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Creating staff schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels
- Training and mentoring staff to maintain high standards of service
- Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
```Experience```
To excel in this role, you should have the following experience and skills:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the food service industry
- Strong knowledge of shift management and Aloha POS system
- In-depth understanding of food safety regulations
- Demonstrated ability in team management and building a positive work environment
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar position
- Solid background in food service management, including kitchen operations
