Position Overview: We are seeking talented and experienced Managers to lead our team at Chicken Guy. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a passion for hospitality, food, and delivering outstanding results. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service while developing team members.

Responsibilities:

• Provide effective leadership and guidance to the restaurant team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Drive sales and profitability by implementing effective marketing strategies, optimizing menu offerings, and executing promotions
• Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure efficient operations to meet financial targets
• Recruit, train, and develop team members, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing coaching and feedback
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Foster strong relationships with customers, soliciting feedback, and addressing concerns to enhance the guest experience
• Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of driving sales and achieving results, with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
• Familiarity with restaurant financials, including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control principles
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food safety certification and knowledge of health and safety regulations preferred
