The Restaurant Manager position is described below.

Duties:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, and staff management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency and profitability
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and achieve performance goals
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor and manage restaurant expenses, including labor costs, food costs, and operating expenses

Skills:

-Have a people first approach & build a team of people that care for people - Previous experience in hotel or restaurant management
- Strong cash handling skills and ability to manage financial transactions accurately
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management
- Familiarity with inventory control practices to optimize stock levels and minimize waste

Pay: $42,378.73 - $59,900.00 per year
