Restaurant Manager

Rib City, a family-owned BBQ restaurant serving delicious BBQ since 1989, is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Fort Myers, FL. We are dedicated to providing exceptional guest satisfaction, fostering teamwork, and delivering great BBQ experiences to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
• Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation are maintained at all times
• Train and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service and uphold Rib City standards
• Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and cost efficiency
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development among staff members
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner, ensuring resolution to their satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of management experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a casual dining restaurant setting
• Proven leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve goals
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food service, guest relations, and financial management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and vendors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
