Restaurant General Manager Compensation and Benefits

• FREE 1-bedroom apartment
• Relocation available
• 4 Day work week during the off-season (Nov-April)

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities

• 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience in a Resort setting preferred
• Integrity, professionalism, AND a GREAT attitude
• Excellent knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits preferred
• Focus on hospitality, guest experience, and consistent service
• Ability to schedule team members according to business levels and budget
• Experience in training, mentoring, and retaining staff
