- The Kitchen Manager position comes with a starting salary of $45,000 - $65,000, including health insurance reimbursemen, paid vacation, and bonuses
Qualifications
- *A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role preferably working in a breakfast restaurant *In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
Responsibilities
- Make sure the kitchen staff is following all of our policies, including food preparation guidelines
- Responsible to order supplies and monitor inventory levels
- Responsible for BOH schedule!
- Follows our recipe book
- Train cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of the food
- Monitors training processes
- Performs other duties as required by upper management
