Restaurant Host/Hostess

We are seeking a Host/Hostess to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their table
- Answer phone calls and take reservations with proper phone etiquette
- Assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have
- Maintain cleanliness of the host/host stand and surrounding area
- Use OpenTable system to manage reservations and seating arrangements

Skills:
- Excellent guest relations skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional service

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
