Restaurant Host

Two Hands (twohandshospitality.com / @twohandsrestaurant) is seeking an experienced host to join our team in Nashville. 

Two Hands Hospitality is a group of community-focused Australian restaurants. Serving breakfast through dinner, we fuel your lifestyle with fresh, delicious food, cocktails, and coffee. We are a fast-growing, innovative hospitality group with four restaurants in NYC, locations in Austin and Nashville, and more on the horizon. 

The ideal candidate will have a friendly, welcoming, and energetic personality. A great work ethic, a passion for service, and a drive to provide the highest level of customer service are essential. 

OUR KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• At least one year of hosting experience in a high-volume and fast-paced restaurant environment
• Ability to maintain composure and present a welcoming demeanor to all guests, regardless of circumstances
• Ability to multitask, strategically assign tables, and accurately predict wait times 
• Must be available every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for brunch shifts
• Reliability and punctuality
• A friendly and energetic personality
• Ability and willingness to learn and work well within a team
• Knowledge and understanding of a daytime dining program that includes coffee, specialty drinks, alcoholic beverages, and varied menu items
• Great work ethic and a passion for service
• A love for hospitality

WE OFFER:

• Daily compensation average of $20-30 per hour, including a base wage of $8 per hour and a portion of FOH tips
