An upscale wine-focused restaurant is seeking a talented and motivated Restaurant General Manager with aWine Sales Focus near Lake Oswego, OR. Salary: $95,000 - $105,000(Commensurate with experience) + bonus, benefits, 401k, and more!
Responsibilities:
- Drive Wine Sales and wine club membership
- Management and oversight of front-of-house operations
- Provide leadership and direction to all team members to ensure the guest experience meets the highest of standards
- Train and coach team members to raise wine culture standards and knowledge
- All administrative oversight including, recruitment and training, local marketing, cost controls, budgeting, and forecasting
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Hospitality focused management experience
- A proven track record of motivating and coaching a team with a sales-driven focus
- OLCC Service Permit
- Certified Sommelier, preferred
- Tech-savvy with a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, Vin65/Wine Direct, and Tock is a plus
