What You Bring to the Table

• Minimum of two years' experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management
• Partner with your supervisor and management teams to lead a high performing team
• Deliver an uncommonly good guest experience and make them feel like family
• Hire, train and retain restaurant team members and shift managers
• Keep your restaurant staffed with outstanding Noodlers, assess team performance, facilitate internal development through positive leadership to foster future leaders
• Lead with integrity, live the culture of Noodles & Company while following operational and inventory control procedures
• Own scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local restaurant marketing
• Lead with a culture of food safety that exceeds company standards in food quality, food safety practices, and cleanliness
• Conflict resolution skills required, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of back-of-house systems, point-of-sale systems, restaurant operating systems, budgetary concepts, and procedures (P&L management), performance review process and more
• Ability to work necessary hours, with flexibility to work variable shifts throughout the week which includes opening, mid, and closing shifts. As the leader of the restaurant, you are responsible for ensuring your restaurant thrives.
• Position may require walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, or moving objects up to 55 pounds
• Certain other physical requirements may apply, as reasonably applicable in a standard kitchen/restaurant environment
• Driving may be needed for this position, so a valid driver's license is required
• Must be at least 18 years old

Pay Range
USD $55,000.00 - USD $65,000.00 /Yr.
