Job Description
Restaurant General Manager $80-100,000++ Clinton Township, MI
Will open new upscale steak house restaurant concept for expanding Detroit based restautauant group. Desire General Manager with restaurant opening experience who has worked with successful corporate full service restaurant concepts. Must enjoy guest interaction, P&L. staff mentoring, community outreach, and beverage operations. Patio private dining options available. Level One Sommelier a plus.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Hospitality Degree
- 5-7 years of high-volume restaurant manager / bar manager / dining room manager experience
- Expertise in ordering, inventory management, labor management, and scheduling
- Exceptional training skills
- Good wine and craft cocktail knowledge
- ServSafe certification
- Excellent customer service skills
- Any additional certifications are a plus (e.g. Sommelier, Cicerone, BarSmarts, etc.)
