Responsibilities:
- Work in the back of house in Food Prep, as a cook, or on the fryers, where help is needed.
- Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food and beverages.
- Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic.
Qualifications and Skills:
- No experience required.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and have effective communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and Crew Members.
