Job Description:
The District Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of several restaurant locations within the assigned district. You will be responsible for driving performance, achieving sales targets, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining our brand's high standards across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall performance of multiple restaurant locations within the district.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, reduce costs, and improve overall profitability.
- Ensure all restaurants comply with company policies, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor operations, assess team performance, and provide guidance and support.
- Lead, coach, and develop restaurant managers to build high-performing teams and achieve operational excellence.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage financial budgets, forecasts, and reports for the district, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Foster strong community relations and represent the brand positively in the district.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a District Manager or similar role in the fast food or restaurant industry, with a successful track record in managing multiple locations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of the fast food industry, market trends, and operational best practices.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed business decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.

Pay: $85,150.04 - $98,675.31 per year
