We offer this position a competitive hourly wage of $15.

WHAT DO YOU DO?
As a Restaurant Cashier - Customer Service Rep at JT's Urban Italian, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your typical day will involve answering phone calls in a friendly and professional manner, accurately taking orders, and efficiently managing cash transactions. Providing exceptional Customer Service is key, as you'll be addressing inquiries, making menu recommendations, and ensuring our guests have a pleasant dining experience. Additionally, you'll assist in maintaining a clean and organized front counter area, support the kitchen staff, and handle any customer concerns that may arise.
