Job description
A Restaurant Associate is responsible for the following:
oOperate the restaurant in accordance with the WRPC, Inc. Operations Manual.
oMaintain a positive work environment in the restaurant.
oAchieve the sales levels and financial profitability of the restaurant in accordance with goals outlined by the Restaurant Support Center.
oPromote the restaurant within the building where it is located and within the community that it serves.
oClean and maintain the restaurant facility and equipment. Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.
oWork your scheduled hours to maximize the operational and financial objectives of the restaurant.
oEnsure that food is properly stored in the restaurant.
oMaintain physical control over inventory in the restaurant.
oMaintain proper cash controls.
oComply with the employers policies and procedures.
oComply with the requirements in the Associate Handbook.
oPositive attitude toward customers and other Associates
oGood attendance record and punctuality
oFollows company standards
oGood communication skills
oSatisfactory background check
