Position Purpose:
Ensures prompt and courteous service, including order taking and delivery, of food and/or beverage to Thornberry Creek at Oneida guests.
Essential functions:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Explain the menu, take guest orders, and deliver food & beverage selections to the patron as well as any and all necessary condiments.
Assist with service of guests with beverages, appetizers to begin their dining experience, and replenish as necessary.
Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting. Promptly and consistently reset all service ware as prescribed.
Education, Experience & License Requirement:
Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform to duties of the position.
High school education preferred.
No prior experience required, but prior hospitality experience preferred.
Priority given to those willing to cross-train in multiple areas of the operation (on-course, banquet):
