```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital or clinical setting
- Proficiency in performing vital signs assessments, airway management, and basic life support techniques
- Experience working with pediatric patients is highly desired
- Knowledge of critical care procedures and protocols
- Familiarity with respiratory therapy equipment and technology
