Location: Fall River, MA, Surrounding Areas (Bristol County, RI) *
Terms: Full Time (Part Time or P er-Diem open for discussion)
Salary/rate: Dependent on experience
Requirements: 80 hours bi-weekly

About the role: Pure Medical is growing! The Respiratory Therapist position is an
exciting role that will focus directly on the care of our patients.

As a Respiratory Therapist you would be responsible for the initial instruction of equipment to patient’s and their care teams as well as the ongoing success (coaching) of patients throughout their lifetime as a Pure Medical patient. You will mainly be responsible for the set up and monitoring of CPAP/BIPAP/ASV patients, but you will also aid in disease management for our oxygen patients and provide set-up and routine maintenance on our non-invasive ventilation patients.

Responsibilities: ● Provide excellent customer service to our patients and referrals
● Set-up & Instruction of:

-CPAP,
-BiPAP,
-ASV,
-Trilogy & Astral Ventilators
-Oxygen Conserving Devices/Portable Oxygen Concentrators

● Ongoing Coaching of patients to ensure they are successful throughout their therapy

● Manage Patient Action Groups (manage patient PAP therapy by exception-High AHI, Leak, Central Events, non-use of therapy, etc.)

● Accurately document each patient encounter, and send necessary updates to referring physicians on status of their patient’s therapies

● Assist in the promotion of Pure Medical products & services
● Maintain supply inventory and report necessary equipment needs
● The above responsibilities are not an all-inclusive list, and are subject to change, dependent on the needs of the business at any given time.

Candidate Requirements:

● CRT or RRT required ● License in Massachusetts required
● Previous Experience in the HME field beneicial but not required
● Ability to work both independently and as a team
