Job Description


The role of the Resource Manager is responsible for the timely staffing of Customer Success engagements and resourcing requests, fulfilling requests based on skills and availability. Resource Managers are aligned to a specific business aligned to select geography(s), workflow(s) &/or industry(s). The position is responsible for utilizing internal resources ensuring that resource skills and expertise align with customer/engagement requirements.

  • Be a Trusted Partner to the respective Customer Success stakeholder(s)
  • Review, manage and execute staffing of resource requests
  • Lead capacity forecasting activities to support respective business
  • Align staffing of personnel, maximizing ability to achieve capacity targets
  • Proactively monitor availability and provide capacity recommendations based on business requirements
  • Ensure skills inventory and profiles of are updated and accurate in line with policy
  • Contribute to resource management knowledge base through creation of best practices and lessons learned content.

Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years in resource management
  • 3+ years in a professional services organization
  • Experience working with Customer Success ,consulting, professional services or delivery teams
  • Experience creating and/or improving operational processes
  • The ability to apply judgement to any situation
  • Ability to work in a high demand, constantly changing & fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization and prioritization management
  • RMI Certification or knowledge of ServiceNow platform a plus
