Resource Licensed Practical Nurse

We are searching for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Resource team. The Resource LPN provides direct nursing care and support for all clinical departments across our campus to ensure continuity of patient care. You'll have the chance to practice the full scope of your clinical skills and build great relationships with people in every department you interact with. We know and support each other as a community here. Cheshire provides more specialties than are typically available in other rural medical centers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care to a diverse patient population.
• Taking vital signs, performing routine office procedures, and testing.
• Participating in patient education.
• Communicating effectively with others and participating in decision-making.
• Responsible for patient flow and basic operational duties, including both clinical and administrative.
• Maintaining a safe patient care environment.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of accredited practical nursing program.
• Previous acute care medical surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Must maintain NH LPN License.

Schedule:

• Full-time and per diem positions available
• Shift: days
