We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. Our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit is a 24-bed specialty unit providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients who are primarily in need of physical restoration following a disease or disabling condition, from strokes to motor vehicle accidents. You will be part of a diverse, interdisciplinary team including physicians, rehabilitation nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, recreational therapists, speech and language pathologists, dieticians, social workers, and other specialists.
Responsibilities:
- Provides quality nursing care.
- Taking vital signs, performing routine office procedures, and testing.
- Participating in patient education.
- Communicating effectively with others and participating in decision-making.
- Responsible for patient flow and basic operational duties, including both clinical and administrative.
- Maintaining a safe patient care environment.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Current NH LPN License.
Schedule:
- Part-time or full-time, 24-36 hours per week
- Multiple shifts available; days, evenings, nights
