As a Claims Representative Trainee, you will do significant work in partnership with our clients. You can take responsibility to make better decisions, earlier in the life of every claim. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learn investigation, evaluation, processing, disposition and settlement of claims.
- Collaborate with and acquires information from, claimants, clients, vendors and other resources.
- Conduct limited investigations, appropriately documents information, evaluate losses and recommend appropriate settlement to conclude claims.
- Analyze and evaluate various coverages, exposures, injury and damage issues.
- Maintain effective and ongoing communication with various internal and external contacts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma
DESIRED:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and complete tasks in a timely manner to adhere to process requirements
- Solid verbal and written communications skills
- Exceptional dedication to customer service
