- Responsible for providing supervision to youth in a residential (24/7) home setting
- Models and teaches new skills to facilitate the development of appropriate behaviors, self-expression and social interaction
- Works as a part of the treatment team in assessing the needs of the youth and in the coordination of services
- Demonstrates skills in non-violent crisis intervention and physical restraint as necessary
- Accurately document service logs and other client file documents as necessary
- Two or more years of relative work experience with children and/or adolescents.
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of combination of formal education or relative experience is preferred.
- Must be an excellent communicator with the skills to acknowledge the needs of others and recognizing various points of view.
- Able to persuade others based on what is in the best interest of the client/resident.
- Have a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
- Must be able to clear a background check conducted through ODHS.

Wage:
$18.17 - $33.51 per hour Shift Premium of $1 per hour added to base pay for shifts 3pm-11pm
