Your Role & Expectations:

• Travel to customer homes at scheduled times (all leads and appointments provided by the company)
• Identify customer needs and determine the best product to satisfy homeowners
• Execute the Marygrove 4-Step Program (analyze the need, assist customers in selecting the best product, describe product features and benefits, help customers make aesthetic choices, produce an estimate, and close the sale)
• Confirm the sale and installation of the product during the first appointment in the customer's home
• Serve as a point of contact and a 5-STAR representative of Marygrove throughout the entire process, from the sale to installation and beyond
• Develop a strategic sales presentation based on successful examples within the company and coaching from your manager
• Actively participate in team discussions
• Take personal ownership of your assigned territories and customers
• Possess an internal drive and a competitive nature

• Is honest, personable, and passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences
• Is prompt and communicates effectively, both internally and with customers
• Aims to achieve a minimum 50% closing ratio by mastering the Marygrove Way 4-step sales process
• Learns and retains product and installation knowledge, using it to enhance success throughout the customer experience, from sale to installation
• Is motivated by both financial and professional growth
