Schedule: M-F 8-4 with the flexibility to meet program coverage

Responsibilities
- Recruits, recommends, orients, trains, schedules, supervises, and evaluates designated program staff. Attends monthly/staff meetings, as needed.
- Conducts a variety of administrative functions related to resident resources and fees to ensure resident finances are accurately accounted for.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in the Human Services Field and over three (3) years of relevant experience including one (1) year performing or participating in assessments and service planning for developmentally disabled or other related populations, and one (1) year of supervisory experience, or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience.
- Valid NYS Driver's License with no moving violations 12 months prior to date of hire.
