Who We Need:
Kane Residential, an entity of Kane Realty Corporation, is currently seeking outstanding candidates for the part-
time, temporary role of Residential Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for assisting
with the company's property-level marketing, branding, digital advertising, social media, and community outreach
efforts. You are a forward-thinking, creative, and detail-oriented marketing professional who is passionate about
using new technological innovations to drive traffic and achieve leasing goals.

This role is a temporary (May-July 2024), part-time (20 hours/week) position. Students pursuing a marketing or communications degree are preferred, but all qualified candidates will be considered.

What You Offer:

• 1-2 years marketing experience (college coursework and/or professional work history).
  
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Product Suites.
  
• Working knowledge of graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  

How This Role Creates Value:

Regularly update photos, specials, and other content on all property websites to ensure accuracy and
relevance.

• Order collateral, signage, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.
• Maintain paid social media advertising campaigns for the Kane multifamily portfolio.
• With direction from Director of Marketing, develop and execute property marketing strategies.
• Assist in analyzing marketing data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Prepare marketing reports and presentations upon request.
• Assist with graphic design projects as needed.

  This role is temporary and part-time, pay is $15/hr.
